Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in Waco, Texas. As a PCU nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct thorough clinical assessments, prioritize patient needs, and develop personalized care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with the interdisciplinary team, patients, and families to provide seamless care and ensure timely communication of important information.
  • Education and Empowerment: Educate patients, families, nurses, and community members to empower them with knowledge for better healthcare choices and promote healthy behaviors.
Requirements:
  • Nursing License: Current and valid nursing license in the state of Texas.
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.

Salary:

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
