Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team at New Story Schools. As a BCBA, you will play a key role in the implementation of therapeutic skills acquisition and behavior modification protocols for our students.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and develop individualized behavior plans for students, utilizing non-violent crisis intervention techniques and physical assistance as needed.
  • Attend and participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team meetings, and other meetings to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Provide and monitor services as stated in the student's IEP, revising and overseeing the implementation of student behavior plans as necessary.
  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments for students, as needed, and develop system of data collection for staff to support interventions and change.
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior plans that reflect the individual needs of the student and the dynamics of the school setting.
  • Collect and graph behavior data recorded by school staff for analysis in Positive Behavior Support Plan effectiveness.
  • Provide clinical supervision to employees who are in the process of pursuing BCBA or BCaBA certification.
