Behavioral Therapist Opportunity at Maple Seed Farms

Maple Seed Farms is seeking a skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality services to individuals with unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote skill acquisition and progress.
  • Collaborate with Registered Behavior Technicians to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans.
  • Provide oversight and training to ensure high-quality services.
  • Communicate effectively with parents/caregivers while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Cultivate a positive and enthusiastic atmosphere.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, social work, special education, or a related field.
  • Certification as a BCBA by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB).
  • Relevant previous job experience preferred.
