We are in search of a proficient Industrial Engineer with a strong background in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance our operational capabilities. The selected candidate will be instrumental in refining our processes, boosting productivity, minimizing waste, and elevating overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion and facilitate Lean and Six Sigma projects within our operations.
  • Employ data analysis tools to pinpoint inefficiencies and devise strategies for process enhancement.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to execute process improvements and ensure their longevity.
  • Conduct time and motion studies, analyze facility layouts, and assess work measurements to optimize workflows and resource allocation.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on Lean and Six Sigma principles.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with proven experience in leading process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a critical and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of effective collaboration at all organizational levels.
  • Experience in the Aerospace & Defense sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
