- Provide strategic guidance on tax implications for real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and developments.
- Collaborate with external tax advisors and auditors as needed.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance finance and accounting team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- MBA/CPA preferred.
- 10 years of experience in senior financial roles within the real estate industry.
- Extensive knowledge of real estate transactions, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and capital markets.
- Strong understanding of property management systems of reporting tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to stakeholders.
