We are Excel Fitness, a Planet Fitness franchise group based out of Austin, TX with 130+ clubs and growing. Our mission is to provide an exceptional fitness experience for our members, and we're looking for talented individuals to join our team.

About the Role

As a Member Services Representative Overnight, you will be responsible for creating a positive member experience through superior customer service and cleanliness. Your duties will include checking members into the system, taking prospective members on tours, facilitating account updates, and responding to member questions and concerns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and prospective members
  • Check members into the system and facilitate account updates
  • Take prospective members on tours and assist with the new account sign-up process
  • Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized facility
Qualifications
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to interact with members and co-workers in a positive and professional way
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Punctuality and reliability are a must
