Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare banquet rooms to perfection, setting the stage for an unforgettable experience.
  • Deliver exceptional service during all aspects of events, consistently exceeding guest expectations.
  • Prepare, deliver, and maintain refreshment stations, ensuring a seamless flow of service.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels of food and beverage items, ensuring a seamless service experience.
  • Perform all opening and closing procedures, including side work and cleaning duties, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Set up and break down buffet or special food service tables and equipment, ensuring a seamless transition between events.
  • Ensure all equipment is in proper working order, reporting any issues to the appropriate personnel.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; six months to one year of related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Current food handler card and liquor service permit required.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
