About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our clients, and helping to drive business growth through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions to meet their insurance needs.
  • Insurance Sales: Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options and help them make informed decisions about their insurance needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to achieve business goals, share knowledge, and provide support to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

  • Property & Casualty License: Ability to obtain and maintain a Property & Casualty license.
  • Life and Health License: Ability to obtain and maintain a Life and Health license.
