Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Design Engineer who will be responsible for the design and development of RF Coaxial connectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing RF coaxial connectors that meet industry standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop RF coaxial connectors that meet industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Use 3D CAD engineering software to model and draft connector components and assemblies.
  • Perform tolerance studies.
  • Apply RF design concepts to design high-performance transmission lines.
  • Analyze or facilitate the analysis of mechanical requirements using FEA as required.
  • Assist AEs and PMs in refining cost models for new product designs.
  • Complete comprehensive product development projects to convert EAR opportunities into revenue.
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal departments as part of a cross-functional team to move the product design through a phased development process.
  • Travel periodically with Sales Team to provide customer support.
  • Organize and publish regional EAR reports that drive the departmental weekly meeting agenda.
  • Provide technical support to regional customers.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience desired but not required. One or more prior internships highly desired.
  • A self-described team-player seeking an engaging and collaborative work environment to grow their career with an industry leader.
