Job Summary

This position involves providing expert-level support for project portfolio management, including scheduling software, accounting, and coordination with team leads and coworkers. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:
  • Project Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules using professional project portfolio management software, ensuring timely completion of projects and programs.
  • Accounting and Financial Management: Provide financial management support, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to ensure compliance with government regulations and guidelines.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure seamless collaboration and achieve project goals.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field;
  2. At least 1 year of specialized experience in project portfolio management, scheduling software, and financial management;
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines;
  4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
Benefits:
  • A competitive salary range of $123,000 - $156,000 per annum, depending on location and experience;
