Job Overview

As a Critical Care Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for administering medications and implementing complex treatment plans, ensuring that medical orders are carried out accurately and promptly.

Responsibilities
  • Provide critical care services to patients with medium to high acuity needs, including monitoring vital signs, IV drips, and other key indicators.
  • Administer medications and implement treatment plans as prescribed by physicians.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families on the management of acute or chronic conditions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records, adhering to hospital and departmental policies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
  • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
  • At least one year of experience in a stepdown/progressive care setting or similar environment.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
  • Proficient in electronic medical record systems.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,310 to $95,030 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes healthcare coverage, 401K, paid time off, tuition assistance, and more.
