As a Critical Care Nurse Specialist, you'll be responsible for triaging, assessing, and treating patients of all ages presenting for emergency care. Our state-of-the-art facility provides timely, compassionate care for patients with emergency and life-threatening conditions.

We're looking for a skilled nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Documenting pertinent nursing notes to reflect changes in condition, transfers, and discharges.
  • Administering medications in accordance with physician orders.
  • Responding to and referring incoming telephone calls, including phone triage when needed.
  • Coordinating and triaging incoming ambulance traffic.
  • Managing care with primary ED attending.

To qualify for this role, you must have a graduate degree in nursing and be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state where you practice. Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) are required. Previous experience in emergency or critical care is preferred but not necessary.
