Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in fostering a physical, social, and psychological environment that prioritizes the well-being of residents.
- Monitor resident care in accordance with physician-prescribed treatment plans and document responses to these plans.
- Administer medications, maintain the cleanliness and security of the medication supply area, and comply with company protocols and procedures.
