Key Responsibilities



As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and supervising a team of maintenance technicians in daily operations, including machinery and plant infrastructure maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
  • Overseeing preventive maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute maintenance tasks without disrupting production schedules.
  • Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and work orders.
  • Leading root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions to address equipment and machinery issues.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and reduce operational costs.
  • Developing and implementing maintenance strategies, budgets, and schedules to optimize equipment performance.


Requirements



To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience.
  • 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate diverse teams.
  • A proven track record of improving maintenance processes and driving operational efficiency.
  • Lean Six Sigma or other relevant certifications are advantageous.
