Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pest Control Technician to join our team. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections, developing and executing tailored pest management strategies, and educating customers on preventive measures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest issues, potential entry points, and harborage zones.
  • Develop and execute tailored pest management strategies.
  • Educate customers on preventive measures focusing on sanitation, storage, and landscaping to minimize future pest risks.
  • Generate and communicate detailed service reports, ensuring customers are well-informed of actions taken and recommended follow-ups.
  • Adhere to strict safety and regulatory guidelines in handling products and equipment, contributing to the safety and efficiency of operations.
  • Support sales and service excellence by identifying up-sell opportunities and assisting in sales initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of work experience (pest control industry preferred).
  • Valid Arkansas driver's license with a clean driving record.
