Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Universal Banker to join our team at WesBanco Bank, Inc. As a key member of our banking center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying sales opportunities, and performing account transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Process financial service transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage cash drawer and maintain accurate records.
  • Comply with security and audit procedures to ensure the integrity of our banking operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to promote cross-selling of our products and services.
  • Participate in regular sales and staff meetings to stay informed and aligned with our banking center's goals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Banking, cash handling, sales, and customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook 365 and ability to learn various banking software programs.
