About the Role:

As a Visual Content Specialist, you will play a crucial role in crafting engaging visual narratives that effectively showcase our initiatives and resources. This position involves extensive photo enhancement, comprehensive video production, and the development of promotional content. You will work closely with our Marketing and Communications teams to create captivating materials for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough photo enhancement, including selection, retouching, and improving images using industry-standard software.
  • Edit and compile raw video footage into polished, professional content.
  • Produce promotional videos, highlight reels, and educational content to represent our organization's mission and offerings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop shot lists and review initial footage.
  • Refine video segments and create cohesive sequences.
  • Incorporate audio, graphics, and effects to elevate video presentations.
  • Ensure all visual content meets technical specifications and quality benchmarks.
  • Organize and maintain all project files, footage, graphics, and audio assets in a structured manner.
  • Utilize analytics to monitor and report on content performance, suggesting enhancements as needed.
  • Address technical challenges related to photo and video production.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Capture dynamic moments through photography and videography during key events.
  • Participate in various engaging events, providing visual documentation of our initiatives.
  • Enjoy a flexible schedule that accommodates the dynamic nature of our projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Film Studies, Cinematography, Photography, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Photo and Video Editor with a robust portfolio.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Lightroom.
  • Experience in photo editing and selection using Lightroom.
  • Strong narrative skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
