Your Role

The Guild is seeking dedicated Guest Services Specialists in Dallas to craft exceptional experiences that captivate and please our visitors. Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, the ideal candidate will provide insightful recommendations on local attractions, activities, and dining options, ensuring our guests enjoy memorable moments during their stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding guest experiences by offering tailored suggestions that align with individual preferences and accommodating special requests whenever feasible.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay, working collaboratively with The Guild team to address any issues that may arise.
  • Enhance The Guild's reputation as a premier boutique hotel by embodying the brand's values and delivering the highest standard of hospitality.

Qualifications

  • Local Knowledge: Stay informed about local events, build relationships with nearby businesses, and leverage your unique insights to recommend distinctive experiences that create lasting memories for our guests.
  • Active Listening: Possess the ability to pick up on subtle details and comments to curate a remarkable visit.
  • Proactive Problem Solver: Recognize that travel can be challenging and anticipate needs to mitigate issues before they arise, transforming any negative experiences into cherished memories.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-oriented position.
