  • Ensure high standards of customer service, addressing any escalated concerns with professionalism and care.

  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Assisted Living Director in Minnesota or eligibility to obtain.
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, hospitality, finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of leadership experience in a customer-focused environment.
  • Prior experience in senior living services is advantageous.
