Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate daily operations, ensuring seamless integration of hospitality and care services.
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, profit-loss analysis, and expense control.
- Lead a dedicated team, promoting a culture of teamwork, respect, and wellbeing among staff and residents.
- Collaborate with corporate leadership to establish and implement standardized operational processes.
- Ensure high standards of customer service, addressing any escalated concerns with professionalism and care.
- Manage community events and activities, enhancing resident engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Licensed Assisted Living Director in Minnesota or eligibility to obtain.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, hospitality, finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
- A minimum of three years of leadership experience in a customer-focused environment.
- Prior experience in senior living services is advantageous.
