We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Care RN Supervisor to join our outstanding Clinical team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review resident referrals and respond to home care service requests and inquiries.
- Coordinate completion of resident assessments and develop care plans, collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals in implementing and maintaining care plans.
- Market home health services to residents, promoting our wellness programs and conducting resident clinics.
- Monitor resident changes and update care plans and service contracts, ensuring resident satisfaction levels are achieved.
- Participate in hiring, supervising, training, performance management, and corrective action.
- Responsible for team member engagement, relations, recognition, and retention.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse licensure as required by state regulation.
- One or more years of applicable experience.
- Current CPR certification.
