Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional patient care in the operating room, including pre- and post-operative care.
- Work collaboratively with surgeons and other medical staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the surgical team.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest medical procedures and technologies.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Illinois.
- 2+ years of experience as an Operating Room RN.
- ACLS and BLS certification.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
