Job Summary

The Document Control Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the operations of MyCHN, a leading healthcare organization in the greater Houston area. This position is responsible for handling all forms of digital documents and physical mail, ensuring timely and efficient distribution to various departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process daily digital documents and physical mail from various sources
  • Sort and distribute documents to appropriate departments, including Medical Records, Accounts Payable & Receivables, Billing, and Credentialing
  • Deposit checks received by mail and maintain accountability for all funds
  • Upload hard copies into shared electronic files and email scanned documents to staff members as needed
  • Deliver CHN mail and packages to USPS, CHN certified, FedEx, and UPS
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and prioritize tasks
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and good computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's degree
  • Military background
