  • Oversee all stages of project development, including feasibility studies, design, construction, and post-construction evaluation","
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project requirements are met and regulations are adhered to","
  • Develop innovative engineering solutions to complex problems","
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality","
  • Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative team environment","

Requirements

  • ","
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's degree or Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred","
  • 8-12 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on site development","
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D or equivalent software","
  • Proven leadership abilities and experience managing teams","
  • Strong technical skills, communication, and interpersonal skills","
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously","
