Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service for all incoming inquiries from clients and dealerships.
- Engage with customers and dealerships to recommend products that fulfill their requirements through various communication channels including inbound calls, outbound calls, live chat, and email.
- Accountable for meeting sales targets by promoting the Dorman Products catalog and assisting customers with their purchases.
- Provide technical assistance by investigating, diagnosing, and resolving customer concerns and/or aiding with installation inquiries.
- Maintain communication with customers regarding their issues through both phone interactions and email correspondence.
Comprehensive training will be provided to familiarize you with the automotive industry. Ongoing education on new products and industry developments will be available to empower your career with the expertise needed for success at Dorman Products.
Candidate QualificationsIdeal candidates will possess a strong background in inside sales and customer service, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities, effective listening skills, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and utilize time efficiently. The ability to make independent decisions and demonstrate initiative is essential.
Education and ExperienceA background in mechanical knowledge, experience in a call center environment, and an associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field are preferred. Some travel may be necessary. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
