- Active state Nurse Practitioners license
- Current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
- Five or more years of nursing experience
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in medical instruments and equipment
- Familiarity with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Proficiency in computer-based data management programs and electronic medical record (EMR) systems
