POSITION: LEASING CONSULTANT

We are looking for a Leasing Consultant to become a vital part of the Hillpointe (Pointe Grande) team. This position is centered around fostering a lively community atmosphere. You will be responsible for conducting engaging resident tours and collaborating on creative marketing initiatives, placing you at the forefront of attracting, retaining, and assisting residents.

The ideal candidate is not only detail-oriented and customer-centric but also thrives in a dynamic environment where adaptability and creativity are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform sales and leasing functions to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
  • Oversee apartment inspections and maintenance to ensure smooth move-ins.
  • Work together on marketing strategies and enhance social media presence to increase traffic and occupancy rates.
  • Utilize property management software for efficient data handling.
  • Engage with prospective and current residents to guarantee their satisfaction.
  • Implement lease renewal strategies to improve resident retention.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and concerns from residents and clients.
  • Identify areas for process enhancement and propose innovative solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices for ongoing improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficient in internet usage, word processing, spreadsheets, and other office software.
  • Previous experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Capability to physically access all areas of the community.
  • Valid driver's license for property operations and local travel, if necessary.
  • Ability to learn property management software (preferably Yardi or One Site).
