Job Summary

Sutter Health is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a Computed Tomography Technologist, you will be responsible for performing routine and specialized computerized tomography procedures to produce high-quality images for physicians and other healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Competently perform CT procedures to produce accurate and high-quality images
  • Work independently, exercising sound judgment and clinical skills to execute safe and precise procedures
  • Gain confidence and cooperation from patients, families, and healthcare providers through effective communication and patient assessment
  • Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to ensure patient safety and privacy
  • May be responsible for performing specific procedures and/or orienting other staff to the department
Requirements
  • Graduation from a JRCERT-accredited Radiologic Technologist Program
  • CRT certification as a Certified Radiologic Technologist
  • BLS certification as a Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
  • RHF certification as a Radiology Fluoroscopy within 180 days of hire (if required)
  • 5 years of recent relevant experience
