CRNA Locum Tenens Opportunity in Southern New Mexico

A leading hospital in southern New Mexico seeks a skilled CRNA to provide locum coverage. This is a full-time opportunity with a schedule that includes offsite call shifts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in anesthesia and excellent communication skills.
About the Opportunity:
The hospital uses Epic as its EMR system and offers paid travel and expenses. The CRNA will work independently and have access to two ORs. The case mix includes GI, eyes, pain management, OB, general, and ortho cases.
Requirements:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- National Institutes of Health (NIH)
- Active unencumbered CRNA New Mexico state license
- Graduate from a fully accredited CRNA program
- One year of work experience as CRNA
- One year of Epic experience
- Board Certified
Skills and Abilities:
- Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills
- Participates in relevant continuing education programs
- Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients
- Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise
- Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks
