Dates of Assignment: 11/11-11/17 and 12/09-12/22

Details of Assignment:
Active New Mexico license (we can assist)
Monday through Friday, 7am-5pm
2 ORs/2 CRNAs daily CRNA only
Skills required: OB, Regional, GI, Eyes, Pain Management, the rest is General, Ortho, etc.
Need 1 CRNA to work with the other and take primary call
Call - call back is 1-2 times a week
Case load 105-115/month and 15 OBs a month Approx. 250/year
Independent practice - CRNAs work autonomously
Paper charting Intra op
Credentialing takes 30 days
