Key Responsibilities
  • Assist management in supervising associates and ensuring that they are trained and equipped to provide excellent member service.
  • Communicate goals and feedback to associates, and provide guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their performance expectations.
  • Process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, and encourage membership renewals to meet sales and revenue targets.
  • Participate in sales and marketing events, and complete and maintain marketing recaps and other required documentation.
  • Oversee the handling of claims and returns, and ensure that the store is zoned and organized to meet member needs.
  • Develop and implement processes and practices to meet business needs, and collaborate with managers, co-workers, and customers to achieve this goal.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and participate in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates.
Requirements
  • 6 months retail experience, including operating front-end equipment and providing customer service.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
