Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain instruments, equipment, and materials for dental procedures

Assist dentists and hygienists in delivering dental care and services

Take and develop dental radiographs

Ask patients about their medical history and take vital signs

Clean and sterilize instruments and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

Credentials to function as a Dental Assistant per state requirements

Current Oregon certification for Dental Radiology Proficiency

Oregon EFDA (Expanded Function Dental Assistant) certification within 90 days of hire
