We are seeking a proactive and experienced individual to take on the role of Chief Financial Officer at Toiyabe Indian Health Project, Inc. This position is essential for overseeing our financial health and guiding our financial strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct financial planning and analysis initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Prepare and evaluate financial statements.
- Manage financial operations and maintain robust internal controls.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and reporting.
- Formulate and execute financial strategies aimed at maximizing revenue and minimizing expenditures.
- Collaborate with the executive leadership team to influence financial decision-making.
- Oversee financial audits and guarantee compliance with regulations.
- Assess and propose enhancements to financial processes and systems.
- Perform financial risk assessments and devise risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead the financial team in adopting innovative financial technologies and tools.
- Monitor and interpret financial data to uncover trends and growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- CPA certification is required.
- Proven experience in budget forecasting and acquisitions.
- Master's degree in Business Administration or Finance is preferred.
- Strong expertise in risk management and strategic development.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated success in financial management.
- Ability to navigate evolving financial landscapes and industry trends.
- Experience in managing investment portfolios and financial assets.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $130,564 - $175,857 annually.
