As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our chefs and cooks to prepare delicious meals for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load, run, and unload the dish machine to ensure all dishes, utensils, and containers are properly sanitized.
- Organize the dish room to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Clean food preparation and production areas to maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety.
- Haul kitchen trash and recyclables to the designated areas.
Requirements:
