Job Summary

Na Hoaloha Ekolu is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Star Noodle. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality menu items to our exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare consistent and accurate menu items according to our standard recipes
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Participate in pre-shift meetings to ensure a smooth service
  • Communicate effectively with the Sous Chef, Executive Chef, and Management team regarding supply, ingredient, and equipment needs
  • Attend mandatory meetings for Star Noodle staff
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience on the hot line
  • Strong culinary skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant environment
  • Knowledge of food preparation, safe food handling, and safety procedures
  • Ability to obtain Food Handlers Certification
