Position Overview:
The Pricing Analyst at AmeriHome Mortgage Company, LLC plays a pivotal role within the Secondary Marketing and Capital Markets division. This position is essential for delivering competitive pricing to our clientele and providing support to the Capital Markets Trading Desk. You will engage directly with clients to facilitate post-trade modifications, ensuring the successful execution of transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute post-trade modifications, including pricing adjustments, rolls, pair-offs, extensions, and substitutions.
- Update, verify, and distribute daily Best-Efforts pricing.
- Conduct competitiveness assessments and propose pricing updates to enhance company volume and revenue.
- Provide support to the Trading Desk, encompassing trade setup, confirmations, updates, and management functions.
- Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, including AmeriHome Retail, client sellers, vendors, broker-dealers, and GSEs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Proficient in Excel, with the ability to summarize data using formulas, lookups, and Pivot Tables.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with diverse groups.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Robust analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Familiarity with SQL is advantageous.
The salary range for new hires typically falls between $76,000 and $89,887.50. Compensation is influenced by specific job location and may include eligibility for annual bonuses or incentives.
