Our Private Client Service team is seeking driven and ambitious professionals who are passionate about client service. The ideal candidate is eager to build a career in the finance sector and is interested in collaborating with complex multi-generational families and family offices. Our team operates in a dynamic, trust-based partnership with Portfolio Managers to address a wide array of client needs. Candidates must demonstrate the professional maturity required to manage sensitive and confidential client matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of administration and client service for high net worth families and family offices.
- Maintain effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders, including prospects and clients.
- Possess a solid understanding of trusts, foundations, and LLC structures.
- Organize and manage meetings from inception to conclusion.
- Establish and nurture effective working relationships with colleagues and external partners.
- Manage account maintenance tasks such as opening new accounts, processing transactions, and updating addresses.
- Understand basic fiduciary responsibilities relevant to client relationships.
- Proactively resolve client inquiries through direct communication.
- Supervise cash processing for assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with external advisors regarding clients' personal, trust, and tax-related matters.
- Prepare letters and other communications for clients.
- Conduct customized analyses and create spreadsheets for specific projects.
- Process tailored client reporting.
- Maintain a strong understanding of competitor offerings and industry services.
- Foster strong relationships with various functional groups within the firm.
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Trusts and Fiduciary accounts.
- Knowledge of various accounting tasks related to financial record preparation and maintenance.
- Strong management capabilities and leadership experience.
- Willingness to learn and the ability to adapt quickly.
- Detail-oriented with superior client service skills.
- Exhibit tact, discretion, and sound judgment in handling sensitive information.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to innovation and process enhancement.
- Excellent communication skills.
