The Member Services Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing a team of Member Services Representatives in a health insurance company. This role ensures that the team provides high-quality, efficient, and effective service to members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure member satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

  • Supervisor experience in a call center environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Insurance industry experience a plus

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm (training period), followed by a flexible schedule between 7:00am-7:00pm
