Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to join our HR team at Cardinal Ritter High School.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, complying with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Maintain employee records, including absence and time-off tracking.
  • Communicate company policies and benefits to employees.
  • Provide HR support and answer employee inquiries.
  • Reconcile payroll data and distribute W-2s.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in payroll coordination or a related field is preferred.
  • Basic accounting knowledge to complete required reconciliations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently, accurately, and confidentially.

Our Offer:

  • A salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per annum.
