As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Experience: Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile, making them feel welcome and at ease.
  • Seating and Waitlist Management: Manage the efficient seating of guests, ensuring that tables are filled in a timely manner and waitlists are maintained accurately.
  • Menu and Service: Provide guests with menus, answer questions, and take orders in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Table Management: Assign guests to tables, taking into account table rotation and server workloads.
  • Conflict Resolution: Respond to guest complaints and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Phone and Reservation Management: Answer phone calls, take reservations, and respond to general inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Menu Knowledge: Maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, including food and beverage options.
  • Guest Acknowledgement: Acknowledge guests as they leave, ensuring that they feel valued and appreciated.
Additional Responsibilities:
