We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operating Room Coordinator to join our team at Seattle Children's. As a key member of our surgical services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the surgical services team, including scheduling patient procedures, coordinating with surgery schedulers and OR charge nurses, and managing patient information records.
- Process patient documentation, including data entry, data maintenance, and data tracking of patient information.
- Audit various documents for completion and accuracy, including data entry error identification, documentation, and correction, and information distribution.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned, including data processing and data tracking.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Minimum one (1) year of administrative support experience.
- Prior data entry/clerical office experience or training.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Experience in a healthcare setting.
- Auditing experience.
- Compensation Range: $33.87 per hour.
