Position Overview
The Automotive Parts Supervisor role offers a competitive compensation structure, including a base salary ranging from $8,000.00 to $12,000.00, alongside commission opportunities based on successful sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of skilled parts personnel.
- Enhance both retail and wholesale parts performance to achieve top-tier service and customer retention.
- Ensure adherence to work schedules and company policies regarding attendance and punctuality.
- Set and strive to meet departmental goals and objectives.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate the performance of parts department staff.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their inquiries in a professional manner.

Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in automotive parts management.
- Preferred two years of sales experience.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to thrive in a structured, process-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
