We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Lead to join our ecommerce team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality control process, ensuring that products meet our high standards of quality and safety. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

  • Oversee the quality control process, ensuring that products meet our quality and safety standards
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations to optimize quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve issues and improve communication
  • Lead training programs to educate employees on quality control procedures and best practices
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure quality and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or quality assurance

Estimated Salary: $58,000 - $68,000 per year
