Job Title: Residential Superintendent / Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Superintendent / Project Manager to join our team at Trinity Custom Homes in Opelika, AL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the construction process from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction and project management.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Procore or Asana.
