We are seeking a skilled Lifeguard to join our team at Great Wolf Lodge. As an Aquatic Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our guests in our waterpark attractions.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess a strong sense of responsibility. Competitive Compensation Package

Our competitive salary range is $16-$20 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to a generous hourly wage, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with employer match.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and provide surveillance of swimmers and guests during park hours, special events, and training sessions
  • Respond to emergency situations in assigned zone
  • Assist in communicating emergency situations outside of assigned zone
  • Administer and coordinate emergency first aid as necessary
  • Enforce the rules and regulations of the waterpark
  • Advise aquatics management of unsafe and unsanitary conditions
  • Provide superior customer service to all guests by assisting all in a polite and expedient manner
  • Perform daily routine chores and maintenance of waterpark to ensure neat and orderly appearance
Requirements
  • No experience required, training provided
  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Ability and willingness to achieve Certification in First Aid, CPR, and Ellis & Associates Lifeguard Training
  • Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen
