Job Title: Senior GMP Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior GMP Maintenance Technician to join our team at Adicet Bio, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of planned and unplanned facilities and process maintenance in our laboratory and GMP Manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine rounds and checks throughout the facility, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning properly.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and repair process equipment, laboratory instruments, and general office equipment, including HVAC-R systems, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance schedules, and equipment calibration records.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless maintenance operations and effective communication.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance maintenance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, and 7+ years of maintenance industry experience, or 2-year degree in a technical discipline and 4 years of applicable experience.
  • Certifications: EPA 608 Universal Refrigeration Certification is preferred.
  • Experience: Experience working in facilities subject to GMP regulatory compliance is preferred. Experience in biopharmaceuticals industry is desired but not required.
  • Skills: Excellent technical problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in standard office applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
