Key Responsibilities
  • Provide High-Quality Patient Care: Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Education and Support: Provide education and support to patients and families, addressing their physical, emotional, and social needs, and promoting healthy outcomes.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Demonstrate leadership and mentorship skills, guiding and supporting new staff members, and contributing to the development of a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based practices to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty, preferred
  • Licenses and Certifications: RN License in state of employment or compact, BLS required, STABLE certification, and NRP certification
Work Schedule

7PM - 7AM, Full Time
