SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

  • Design and implement engaging and effective instructional strategies across various subjects.
  • Organize and facilitate field trips and experiential learning projects.
  • Assess student performance and develop targeted action plans to enhance academic outcomes through tailored instructional methods.
  • Ensure compliance with all Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to address the unique needs of each student.
  • Foster a supportive learning atmosphere that addresses both academic and socio-emotional development.
  • Cultivate a positive classroom environment with proactive behavioral interventions.
  • Aim to achieve academic and social-emotional learning objectives set by the network and school.
CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in an urban educational setting is preferred.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or possess valid authorization to work in the United States.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with a minimum GPA of 2.5.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening as required by Atlanta Public Schools.
