About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven In House Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team at Bluegreen Vacations. As an Executive Sales Professional, you will have the opportunity to meet face-to-face with owners to understand and anticipate their vacation needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face presentations in our state-of-the-art sales center to prospective guests.
- Establish commonality and build rapport with prospective guests to articulate the benefits of traveling with Bluegreen Vacations.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude within a high-energy environment.
- Effectively present and deliver sales presentations in accordance with company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals.
Requirements
- Previous timeshare sales experience is a plus.
- 1+ years of sales experience.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- A valid FL real estate license is a plus.
