Job Summary

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert personnel consultation to staff and management, performing a wide range of personnel assignments, and working independently as part of a team of HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support to staff and management on personnel-related matters.
  • Develop and implement personnel policies and procedures.
  • Analyze data and make recommendations on personnel-related issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a personnel analyst role, preferably in a government agency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations.
