Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Winchester, KY facility. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in hydraulics and robotics, with experience in plastic injection molding and maintenance in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair various machinery, equipment, and facility structures to support operations and production.
  • Perform process troubleshooting to assist the production department with quality parts processing in an injection molding setting.
  • Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance on plant equipment according to prescribed schedules and procedures.
  • Provide technical support for injection molding machines, auxiliary components, and safety controls.
  • Lead and train technical associates within the facility when necessary.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in plastic injection molding and/or hydraulics in a manufacturing setting.
  • Preferred maintenance background in hydraulics, electronics, pneumatics, machining, welding, electrical, and print reading.
  • Knowledge of computers (MS Office Suite), CMMS Software, 5S, and Lean methodology.
  • High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology or related field preferred.
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs and work 12-hour shifts on a 2/2/3 schedule from 7pm-7am.
